Ordering Information
Factors to Consider When Selecting Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors
(1) Operating environment: such as ambient temperature, altitude, etc.;
(2) Mechanical characteristics and moment of inertia of the driven equipment;
(3) Starting method, starting frequency, and starting voltage drop;
(4) Temperature rise assessment;
(5) Rotation direction of the motor;
(6) Mechanical connection method and requirements between the motor and the driven load;
(7) Position of the terminal box;
(8) Duty cycle and other special requirements.
Normal Order
Orders without special requirements are normal orders. For normal orders, the following parameters of the motor must be specified (examples in brackets):
(1) Model: YBX3 560-2;
(2) Rated power: 1600kW;
(3) Rated voltage: 6kV;
(4) Rated frequency: 50Hz;
(5) Number of poles: 2 poles;
(6) Installation type: B3;
(7) Duty cycle: S1;
(8) Cooling method: IC411;
(9) Protection class: IP54;
(10) Thermal classification: 155 class;
(11) Explosion-proof mark: ExdIIBT4 Gb;
(12) Rotation direction: clockwise;
(13) Operating environment: indoor;
(14) Inlet method: rubber sleeve;
(15) Altitude: ≤1000m;
(16) Ambient temperature: -20℃～40℃;
(17) Efficiency: Level 2 energy efficiency, complying with GB30254-2024 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Levels for High-Voltage Three-Phase Squirrel-Cage Asynchronous Motors" Level 2 energy efficiency.
Orders with Additional Requirements
If there are requirements for one or more of the following items, they must be stated when placing an order:
1 Voltage other than 6kV and 10kV, such as 3.3kV, 6.3kV;
2 Frequency other than 50Hz, such as 60Hz;
3 Power other than the standard values in the data; or the corresponding relationship between power and installation dimensions is different from that in the data sheet;
4 Altitude higher than 1000m;
5 Ambient temperature: higher than 40℃; or the minimum temperature lower than -20℃;
6 Low noise: noise lower than the provisions of GB 10069.3;
7 Non-standard installation dimensions: the corresponding relationship between frame size and installation dimensions is inconsistent with that in the data sheet;
8 Special environments to be stated: such as humid tropical, outdoor, corrosion, salt spray, mold, dust, sandstorm..., among which for corrosion, the corrosive substances should be listed so that corresponding measures can be taken according to the corrosion intensity and nature during design;
9 Special requirements for electrical performance, such as: high locked-rotor torque, high slip, high moment of inertia, low locked-rotor current, etc.;
10 When the motor requires bidirectional rotation, please specify it specially;
11 Other special requirements, such as: required relay protection devices (temperature monitoring devices for windings and bearings, differential protection), special bearings, special packaging, and spare parts other than those specified, etc.;
12 When the motor drives a reciprocating compressor, please specify it when placing an order;
13 If there are special requirements mentioned above and other requirements beyond, please consult with the technical department of our company or sign a technical agreement;
14 With the progress of technology and the revision of relevant domestic standards, the dimensions and technical parameters in the brochure may change without prior notice. Please request the official outline and installation dimension drawings after placing an order.
